Watch: Rebel Wilson reflects on her 40th birthday by sporting a mermaid costume

Heavily popular actor Rebel Wilson, 41, spoke about how she lost 35kg of body weight and lost significantly in two years.

The Pitch Perfect star went public in 2020 with her “Health Year,” telling fans she was going to focus on health and wellness. During that time, she lost five and a half stones, thanks to “lifestyle adjustments” and regular aerobic walking, which she says is now her favorite way to stay active and not lose weight.

“I feel like sometimes people think you have to work your body really hard to get results, and yes if you were training to be the next Thor or something you would be doing some hardcore stuff, but as a than an ordinary person, walking is so healthy for you. According to People Magazine, Rebel also used the Mayr Method, promoted by the exclusive Austrian spa and health center Vivamayr, where she stayed to start her health journey.

But while Wilson’s methods seem almost achievable, other stars are choosing to go hard or go home.
