Jennifer Aniston, 51, is said to be working hard for at least an hour a day, and also takes yoga classes as well as regular HIIT training.
She builds her diet around healthy protein – avocado, salmon, coconut, and of course, lots of fruits and vegetables, and reportedly employs a personal chef, who designs all of her meals to be nutritionally balanced.
Compared to fellow Jennifer JLo, however, this is a fairly achievable and laid back diet. The singer and scammers The star, who is currently back with ex Ben Affleck, is known to go out of his way for the incredible body she has at 52.

Oh and the regular brisk walking and running.
Of course, dancers and performers like J-Lo get extra training just by doing their job. Look at Madonna – at 63, she still trains daily, according to her trainer.
His trainer, Craig Smith, said Daily Mail Australia, “She does a combination of circuit training, interval training and resistance training.”
“Dancing is obviously a big part of that.” These workouts include bar training, yoga, martial arts, and boxing, and Smith says they cover everything from core strength to flexibility.
It also maintains a “regimental regime”. Of course she does, it’s Madonna.
